Teaching is now the latest industry to join the outsourcing bandwagon!

First, there were call centers then IT, HR, Financial and other types of KPO which made the outsourcing industry diverse and very innovative. Nowadays, tutoring is also now being outsourced to other Offshoring destination.

Online tutoring to American students is now growing because of the need for a more developed education output. In turn, outsourcing this business seems logical because of the high demand and the high cost in maintaining this kind of business. India is getting a lot out of this because most of the companies decided to outsource there.

Personally, I hope that the selection process for these tutors are strict because it's more than just business now. The education of these students enrolled are at stake. Employees should be selected carefully and could really provide the learning that these students need.
