Due diligence should be practiced when outsourcing in order to make sure that companies would not make decisions which would harm their outsourcing ventures and at the same time, make sure that they are on their way to success.
Here are some dos and don'ts of due diligence:
Do be realistic
Do allow for changes
Do consider everyone
Do make sure that the supplier is right for you
Do be thorough
Don't rush
Don't stop talking
Don't hold back information
Don't stop reviewing
Don't worry
