Predicting the future of outsourcing could be a Tricky one because even if you have all the information and facts lined up for the said predictions, something unexpected could come up along the way.

Let me share with you the prediction regarding the BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) Industry. As expected, the rate of such outsourcing practice would increase in the coming months. Functions in the BPO industry which would be outsourced are:
-Procurement
-Human Resources
-Finance and Administration

Last year, these functions accounted to 24% of the BPO contract value and by this year, the rate went higher showing a 36% increase rate in the BPO contract value. These tasks show a great potential which firms and outsourcing providers are already taking advantage of.
