Outsourcing Means Less Tax
It looks like another benefit could be gained from outsourcing. This is the sentiment regarding the latest survey result done by the 2006 Empagio Executive Study on Payroll and Tax Filing.

Based on the research, 72% of the respondents revealed that outsourcing has reduced their dollar value while 69% of the respondents has reduced their payroll tax penalties. Aside from that, the survey also studies the reasons why companies outsource as well as the top concerns that these firms have. Here are some of the survey results:

Reasons why companies outsource:
efficiency -68%
time-saving - 47%
money-saving - 31%

Major Concerns in Outsourcing
-lack of customer service - 35%
-non-compliant reporting - 18%
-poor quality or ineffective technology/product - 18%
-Concern that returns will not be completed on time - 18%
