Outsourcing Inspires a Romantic-Comedy Novel
For most workers in the outsourcing industry especially in call centers, they view that their call center job is the closest thing that they could get in living the American life-literally.

This also happens to be the theme of a new novel, written by journalist and Bollywood songwriter Neelesh Misra. The novel, aptly titled as "Once Upon a Timezone" was inspired by outsourcing and the life that most call center workers have especially with the things happening during their "graveyard shift".

This book would prove to be an interesting way to find out how workers in the outsourcing industry cope with their new working environment and how outsourcing had changed their lives.
