Outsourcing: Here to Stay
Some people predict that outsourcing is just a "fad" which would eventually die down as time rolls by. Some people believe the contrary saying that outsourcing is here for good.

One example of a person stating that kind of belief would be Steve Ballmer, the CEO for Microsoft. Mr. Ballmer uttered the exact words ("outsourcing is here to stay") during the fifth Madhav Rao Scindia memoriallinks lecture. Aside from that, Mr. Ballmer mentioned his belief that outsourcing would be for the betterment of the US economy.

It comes as no big surprise that Microsoft's CEO revealed approval for the outsourcing industry because the company is also expanding their Indian network and I believe that this is only the beginning.
