Outsourcing Focus: The Indian Education System

The reason why many firms are considering outsourcing in India is the abundant quantity of graduates every year who are capable of communicating with superior English skills. Though that is the case, not everyone in the thousand number of graduates in India are hired by outsourcing vendors.
The reason? Well, because not all of them are equipped with the sufficient knowledge of working in an outsourcing company let alone having a normal conversation in plain English. Just like in any education system of different countries, the Indian education system also has its shortcomings.
IndianRaj has identified 7 obstacles in India's higher education system. Here are the 7 areas that was identified:
1. Quality vs quantity graduates
2. Research Capability of Schools
3. Poor teaching salary
4. Low interest in Science subjects
5. Poor funding
6. Improvement of Primary education
7. Infrastructure improvement
Through identifying these obstacles, the Indian education system and the government as well could initiate steps which could improve their education system. Once India's education system has improved in these ares, its outsourcing possibilities are endless.
