Outsourcing E-mail

Outsourcing data storage is not a new thing for companies but some people are not aware that e-mail storage could be a hassle to companies.

Important data in companies also includes e-mails sent and received daily and if the numbers of such messages from different persons are tallied, the results would show a large Quantity of e-mails which leads us to the question of its storage.

Many companies are opting for outsourcing in terms of their e-mail storage because most of these firms believe that this business strategy would brought about the cost-saving goal that they want to achieve. Companies also think that outsourcing would be more favorable as compared to hiring 2 full-time staff doing this kind of work.

Dan Tanner, a member of the Storage Networking User Group of New England (SNUGNE) remarked that sometimes, one could not weigh if an outsourcing deal is successful or not, sometimes it all depends on the circumstance.
