Outsourcing Dos
Are you thinking of outsourcing? If you are, you probably need to learn the basic steps which should be done when outsourcing. As they say, information is power and learning all that you can in outsourcing is certainly an advantage.

Rachael King's article Outsourcing With Confidence tackles the dos and don'ts that companies need to learn when outsourcing. As the title states, confidence is something that companies need to have when outsourcing and being confident means being well-informed. Here are some of the "DOs" mentioned in the same article:

Take a trip - This means being physically present and observant in countries where outsourcing is the main game.
Consider culture - Take into account the working culture as well as the work attitude present in employees and in the workplace.
Look beyond the bottom line - Though cost could be your main cause, think of other reasons and benefits in outsourcing.
Seek maturity - Look for the outsourcing effects through a long-term perspective.

I hope that these tips would be able to help in your outsourcing plans.
