Outsourcing Clinical Trials

A recent global study done by AT Kearney reveals that China was considered as the top option for outsourcing clinical traits in the pharmaceutical industry. India was next on the list while Russia landed in the third place.

The research was done across 15 countries. The research reports also revealed the two top reasons why companies opt for outsourcing clinical traits. The first reason indicated was the reduction of lead time (30%-40%) for patient recruitment. The second reason mentioned was cost-cutting.
