Outsourcing Certificate was defined as a way to ensure that only qualified employees and professionals would be able to work on different outsourcing tasks. The question here is whether it is effective or not.

The certificates are usually given to people who have passed the necessary qualifying exams in order to work for outsourcing providers. I believe that an emphasis on the understanding of the English language is one of the criteria in the said examination.

Personally, the idea of administering certificate for qualified applicants is a good idea provided that the ones receiving it are really deserving. Otherwise, it would only reflect poorly in the outsourcing industry in general.
