Outsourcing has taken a lot of turns in the past years as this business trend grows and evolves through the years. Lately, it has taken another turn which could sound strange to our ears.

This is the outsourcing of jobs not in Offshoring destinations but to America again but not in the same company location. Outsourcing to other locations in America is the latest trend in outsourcing as companies strive to bring back unsuccessful outsourcing transactions and take advantage of available resources that is near their company.

Of course, companies that are opting for this kind of outsourcing should look for an outsourcing vendor which would be able to deliver the performance which they expect from their outsourcing deals. In turn, these outsourcing vendors have the advantage of proximity and resources for this kind of business strategy.
