This is true. Since the cost of capital and other factors of production has increased significantly, the cost of technology and human productivity must reduce to maintain price levels or counter inflation. Outsourcing does that. It has become such a big sector that capitalizes on competitive advantages.

Actually you need a customer-centric approach to build a long term relationship with your outsourced clients and should have the foresight of identifying and understanding the future need of your clients to achieve their goal.
