Outsourcing: Are you Satisfied or Not?

This was the conclusion given by a research study done by Alsbridge. Ben Trowbridge, the chief executive of the advisory firm mentioned that this kind of attitude (dissatisfaction) affects both companies and outsourcing providers. The chief executive also offered advice stating that: "Best practices in outsourcing strategies require monitoring and measuring satisfaction levels against qualities of the contract and relationship."
I have to agree 100% in this. In this kind of decision, companies should done research on whether or not this kind of business strategy would be effective for their company. If companies are not aware of what they are embarking, the chance of failure is very high.
