Offshore Call Center: The Challenge

People that are living in Offshoring and outsourcing countries are more or less familiar with call centers and the work that these companies do. Most of the people who are qualified for this post often ends up employed with this job.
Though there are a lot of people that are "potential" employees, the problem here is the quality of these available workers. Most of them are lacking in some department either in computer skills or communication skills. This lack should be addressed quickly and this could be achieved through training.
The challenge for call centers is to come up with a training program which would address the needs of call centers and at the same time, could still stay within the budget.

I do agree, this is very crucial part for the successful growth of call Center as well as customer support services. Because Out Service quality depends on Customer representatives, if they are well qualified and trained can trigger always quality works.
