SMEs (Small and medium-sized Enterprises) are not considering outsourcing based on the research report done by Datamonitor.

The research report showed that 60% of the SMEs are not outsourcing and only 25% of the respondents revealed that they are outsourcing some of their tasks there especially IT outsourcing.

There are two factors mentioned which are considered as the "culprit" for companies that do not outsource. These factors are cost and loss of control.

I think that these companies are just afraid of outsourcing and the risks that comes along with it.
