Outsourcing Issues
by Carol Kendrick on June 19, 2007

This article explains it further stating that:
"The biggest obstacle to a satisfactory partnership is that one party sees itself as relieved of all responsibility and abdicates control to the other," in the words of one senior executive from a client firm. Outsourcing does not mean that the process is not your headache anymore -- though it is (one would hope) less of a headache!"
Let me explain it more. If you encounter a problem in outsourcing, it is not only the outsourcing provider which is affected by it, it also affect your company as well. That is why it is advisable to work together in terms of solving your problems as opposed to just letting one party think of a solution. As they say, two heads are better than one.
