Next outsourcing arm signs Indian call center deal
Ventura, customer contact services subsidiary of UK retailer Next, has signed a three-year, �7 million contract with Cable & Wireless (C&W) for a new call center facility in Pune, India .
Under the agreement, the supplier will source, install, configure and maintain the new call center. C&W will manage the delivery of all calls into the center, and will provide all the IT and telecom hardware, desktop infrastructure, software, and support.
Rob Shaw, Ventura IT director said, "When we wanted to add a second contact center to our operations in India to attract more UK customers, the deal with Cable & Wireless meant we could manage the relationship in the UK while they could manage the third-party suppliers in India."

Pune is really upto the task with improving infrastructure. Gess others like noida and chennai should follow suit.
