Outsourcing News
by Carol Kendrick on August 23, 2007

Forrester research recently revealed that outsourcing could be considered as the future of companies especially network management. According to the research study, 60% of companies would outsource most of their network management tasks because of the risks and difficulties encountered when managing them internally.
Evelyn Hubbert, senior analyst at Forrester remarked on this research findings stating that: "Network management has become more than just pinging routers and checking device availability. Today, it is more about getting a handle on ensuring secure, reliable service delivery across distributed networks,"
If outsourcing would indeed be the future of network management, outsourcing providers should find a way to offer different options in network management so that companies would have different approach in this type of outsourcing.
