More Outsourcing Hubs in the Future

Look out Bangalore! Here comes more outsourcing hubs.

This might be the appropriate message given to India because the prediction given by US-based investment and advisory firm Tholons states that more and more cities from different countries are set to become outsourcing hubs.

The difference in these outsourcing hubs is that the area would have their own "areas of expertise" thus allowing companies to have more options on their outsourcing decisions.

Here are some of the predictions shown by Tholons:
-Colombo and Ho Chi Minh City
area of expertise: PC-based applications
-Moscow
area of expertise: aerospace engineering
-Krakow
area of expertise: hi-tech engineering

I guess with this kind of prediction in outsourcing, India needs to be prepared and competitive regarding their outsourcing strategies.
