Committing yourself into an outsourcing deal is a matter which could be easily done, keeping track of it however is another thing.

Putting up an outsourcing deal is much easier especially if you already have an idea on how things would proceed as well as the gains you expect to have. Though that is the case, the evaluation of outsourcing results is not done by many because many are expecting that it would dramatically change your business outlook.

Let me tell you one thing, if you are expecting dramatic results in outsourcing, you are in it for the wrong reason. Results in outsourcing would be more effective if it happens slowly yet surely. One way of monitoring it is by having a checklist of the expected results and alongside that is the list of actual gains.
