Money could be considered as the bottom line in every outsourcing deal. Ensuring the value of money when outsourcing is important because companies are very concerned in terms of ensuring their money's worth.

The article written by Susan McLean and Alistair Maughan entitled United States: How do you ensure value for money in an outsourcing relationship discusses the different things that should be done in order for outsourcing deals to work.
