Microsoft-Langchao Group has opened an Offsite Development Center (ODC) in Beijing, china.
Langchao, the largest supplier of IT and applications services in the country, said the new ODC was designed to increase "the efficiency of outsourcing collaborations between Langchao and Microsoft ".

Eric Lee, Langchao's executive in charge of all international and outsourcing business, added, "The establishment of the ODC is a significant milestone and strengthens the partnership between Langchao and Microsoft."
Langchao created a strategic partnership with Microsoft to develop .Net platforms, application software, ERP solutions, and OEM development for servers. The firm has outfits in the US and three other development centers in China.
The new Offsite Development Center in Beijing is also considered as an important part of Microsoft's strategic commitment to China.
