Medical Outsourcing Benefits Both

Medical Outsourcing is certainly growing as foreigners continue to visit countries such as India and Philippines for their medical needs.

According to the patients opting for medical outsourcing, the reason why they consider travelling for their medical operations is the cost of the operation as well as the lack of concern from the doctors in their countries.

In the article entitled Outsourcing Healthcare Lowers Patient's Cost, it detailed the experience of Al Sostrin. According to Mr. Sostrin, he was supposed to undergo a hip replacement but the operation would cost around &54,000. Aside from that was the behavior shown by the doctor. He remarked that "it was almost like he was the only car dealer in town. That's the way I felt. I felt like there was no real concern for me. It was just like 'You got a bad hip? Too bad...get it fixed and go on from there".

There are a number of people who are experiencing the same situation and they believe that medical outsourcing is the answer to their problems. I think that this type of outsourcing is a good thing because it benefits both the patients as well as the medical industry in these countries.
