Maximized Outsourcing
Most companies do not realize the full value of outsourcing's potential hence regarding it as an "unprofitable" business strategy.

Most experts disagree with this option because most companies are not even aware of the real potential which outsourcing brings in a business or company. The article written by Bruce A. Stewart focuses on the things which business people could do in order to put their outsourcing strategy in perspective.

Some of the tips which the article focused on are the following:
a. Healthier outsourcing relationship - In order to have a fruitful outsourcing strategy, a health relationship between companies and their outsourcing providers is a must.

b. Working on the Future - the future should be something that companies should think about. This means that every outsourcing decision made should be done with consideration of how it should affect the future of the company.

c. 100% Commitment - Outsourcing would be a real success if a company fully supports this decision and is on its back 100% all the way. The support which companies give in every outsourcing decision is a great factor in making sure that it would work on their advantage.
