Low-Cost Contact Centers

I always thought that India was the cheapest offshoring/outsourcing destination when it comes to call centers. It comes as a surprise to me that India was not the cheapest outsourcing destination. Apparently, there are still other outsourcing/offshoring countries who have lower rates as compared to India or Philippines.

Though India remains to be the the largest market by having 169,000 people employed in call center, firms should have to take note of other options when it comes to offshoring and outsourcing not only of call centers but other functions as well. Here is the list courtesy of Datamonitor:
