Loss of Tech Jobs Not Due to Outsourcing
Most US workers, particularly technology-related ones who lost their job puts the blame to the outsourcing decision made by their respective companies. A recent survey shows that outsourcing is not the true reason for their job loss.

The survey done by the Society for Information Management showed that only 3.3% of 2007 corporate IT budgets are given to the purposes of offshore outsourcing programs.

This survey points out that outsourcing is not really the cause of tech job less despite the popular notion that it is. In fact, the survey emphasized that nearly two-thirds of their correspondents are planning to maintain or increase their IT Staffing in the year 2007.
