Lloyds TSB signs new India deal
Banking major lloyds tsb has signed an estimated �10 million agreement with IT and outsourcing firm Xansa.
The new deal creates 100 additional back office jobs in Delhi as over 2000 jobs are already set to go overseas by the end of 2005. The company stated that the new jobs are not held in the UK, and will be sent offshore to cut costs and raise efficiency.
At present, Xansa employs hundreds of overseas procurement staff for the Lloyds TSB.
