Legal Process Outsourcing - Who Benefits

Apparently, clifford
Chance is intending to offshore support functions (including client work) while still retaining the ability to price those services. Such an approach - at least for the type of services that LPOs provide - would be problematic in may US jurisdictions, and may also be viewed by clients with trepidation. Time will tell if the Clifford Chance model will be sustainable in a marketplace where the justification for permitting offshoring is cost-driven, not quality-driven.
