Legal Matters in Outsourcing
Filed in archive Outsourcing Issues on April 26, 2007
Legal issues and other concerns in outsourcing should always be addressed in an outsourcing relationship in order to avoid difficulties.
These legal issues are not limited to the customers alone because vendors are also affected by this issue. The best way to ensure that nothing out of ordinary would happen is to be informed about it.
Having a legal consultant is a good thing albeit the fact that it is expensive. Another thing which both parties could do is find a good reference for such topics. One reference which I found credible as a reference is the blog written by Gary M. Zeiss, Esq.
Try it and tell me what you think.
