Usually Indian talent is being discovered and tapped by leading businesses across the globe, that is the reason people started outsourcing their high-end knowledge work preferebly to India. Also KPO has opened the doors for the freelancers, those having enough intellectual potential can appeal to this arena.

I strongly beleve there’re serveral providers from Sri Lanka doing well in BPO business. Though it’vs not branded or advertise to the world, the country is having a strong growth of setting up home based and medium scale BPO enterprises.
http://www.ceylonoutsourcing.com is a good sign for that and many more is there.
