IT Outsourcing Don’t s

Of course, if there are do' s, there are also dont' s. That is why I am also going to share with you the list of don't s done by Brian Skelly.

This list would help companies as well as people in knowing what are the things which should NOT be done in IT outsourcing. People are often tempted by the word "not" and oftentimes do not heed the advice regarding it. In IT outsourcing, that should not be the case because it could cost you a lot more.

Here is the list of Don't s by Brian Skelly:

DON'T
-Think outsourcing will solve problems in your IT department-it won't
-Go for the cheapest provider – it may be a costly mistake
-Rush into it. Take the time to find the right provider and flesh out the details of the outsourcing arrangement.

Simple and concise yet effective. This is how a list should be.
