Indian Outsourcing Set to Grow in Millions
According to a recent news article, outsourcing in India is set to create an estimate of more than 5 million jobs by the year 2015. Aside from that, the figure revealed accounts for more than half of the pie of the whole outsourcing industry equating to an estimate amount of $300 billion dollars.

Wow! If I say so myself. The Indian outsourcing industry would certainly gain a lot if they would be able to be on top of the outsourcing industry and of course be able to produce quality results.

Though the forecast seems to produce an abundant future for the Indian outsourcing industry, India should not in a celebratory mood right now. There is still a major obstacle in the growth of their outsourcing industry which is the steady supply of quality workers and I repeat, quality workers.

You could find workers anywhere but in this case, quality workers is what India need because the growth of the outsourcing industry relies on this factor. India needs a long-term solution for this problem which means a higher quality of training and education for their graduates.
