This was the given prediction of outsourcing analysts despite the continuing rise of labor in India. Forrester Research Inc. revealed that the wages of Indian workers in the IT services industry are increasing by a rate of 12-15% yearly.
Though that is the case, outsourcing and offshoring providers in India are coming up with different ways to compensate with the growing salary rate. One of the ways mentioned was the creation of reusable components which would produce efficient work without the need for mass hiring.
Aside from that, India was also chosen as the most preferred outsourcing destination because of the growing number of graduates that the offshoring and outsourcing industry needs.
