India Shortage: No Big Deal
Despite news saying that India's outsourcing reign would soon cease because of shortage in outsourcing employees available in India, Azim Premji. chairman of Wipro remarked on the news stating that it is not a big deal.

The Wipro Chairman is confident that India would be able to answer the outsourcing demands in the world. The chairman remarked that outsourcing companies are able to devise different ways in order to compensate for the said shortage in Indian workers. For example, outsourced engineer work could be done by Science graduates because the skills displayed by the former are suited for the job.

Analysts and Industry executives have also remarked on this kind of practice saying that the outsourcing industry often hires people who could be considered as "overqualified" with the said position.
