The Wipro Chairman is confident that India would be able to answer the outsourcing demands in the world. The chairman remarked that outsourcing companies are able to devise different ways in order to compensate for the said shortage in Indian workers. Analysts and Industry executives have also remarked on this kind of practice saying that the outsourcing industry often hires people who could be considered as "overqualified" with the said position.
