India is Headed for Growth
Though China is gearing up to be the next best thing as an offshoring/outsourcing destination. Recent reports have shown that India is still destined to be the number one outsourcing destination.
In fact, India's growing outsourcing industry has helped the whole IT sector in achieving their record-breaking rate. NASSCOM's report shows that the IT outsourcing in India has achieved a 30% growth rate in the past year.
Though that is the case, the rising salary rate of Indian outsourcing workers would pose as a problem as this practice is predicted to continue in the next year. According to the reports, there would be a rise of 12-15% in the salaries of outsourcing employees in India.
