IBM: Top Outsourcing Provider

IBM was recently voted as the top outsourcing provider by the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP). The company was hailed number one for two consecutive years.

IAOP experts who judged the said countdown based their decision on different factors. Some of their criteria for judging were the following:
-revenue
-growth
-number of employees
-skills and training
-technical and business certifications
-management track record
-customer service.

Aside from IBM, other companies which made the list were: (in order)
-Capgemini
-HP
-Sodexho Alliance
-Accenture

Through this development, I believe that IBM would try to uphold such Honor and I am also sure that other outsourcing companies would really put their best effort in order to win this kind of recognition.
