Outsourcing News
by Carol Kendrick on July 19, 2007

It's actually very easy. All you need to have is a fast Internet connection, a laptop or computer as well as a contract to the company you are rendering services to. Most people prefer this set-up as compared to the traditional work environment.
According to one homesourcing employee, this type of outsourcing was able to make her happier in terms of work as well as in not having to deal with politics in work. Though that is the case, Timothy J. Kane, a senior manager at Deloitte Consulting L.L.P revealed that the annual turnover tends to be lower as compared to a normal call center.
Do you think that homesourcing is here to stay?
