Hidden Costs

What are hidden costs? From The very name itself, it pertains to the financial aspect of the outsourcing industry.

For a more detailed explanation, hidden costs pertain to the prices in outsourcing and most of these prices are not revealed from the start of the transaction or not even expected hence the name hidden cost. Personally, I consider these hidden costs not as undeclared ones but the ones which was ignored or was not considered by these companies.

The news piece published in the Wall Street Journal talks about this topic as well as the things that should be done in order to anticipate the hidden costs in outsourcing as well as the different steps on how to deal with this particular issue.
