The negative reactions concerning outsourcing has not diminished through the passing of time. In fact, there are still negativity surrounding the said business strategy.

People in UK are now freely expressing their disagreement in outsourcing now that many companies have opted to continue their outsourcing plans. Some of these companies include Tata Steel, Prudential as well as the National Health Services. Though it seems like negativity is around outsourcing, companies are still persistent in their plans to continue their outsourcing plans.

Personally, I think that companies are prioritizing their long-terms goals as opposed to accommodating the negative reactions of their outsourcing decision. Maybe in time, they were hoping that some of the animosity would fade.
