Good Costumer Service in Outsourcing
In order to reap the benefits of outsourcing deals, it has to focus on the important thing: customers.

Yes, customers are the core of every business and should therefore be regarded as an important part in outsourcing.
If you are not convinced as to why customers should be focused on outsourcing, here are some statistics which would make you think otherwise:

-Repeat customers spend 33% more as compared to new customers
-Referrals from these repeat customers are 107% greater than new customers
-It costs 6% more to sell something to a prospect than to sell that same thing to a customer

These statistics just show that having a good customer service would earn the firm a great investment in terms of people coming back for its products and services. In order to have a great customer service, outsourcing should go beyond than the normal standards and should have a consistent and reliable service for customers.

Remember that customers have the power to make or break any business and this thought should always be considered in every outsourcing deal.
