First Failure = Last Try
Failure in Outsourcing is a common thing but the challenge here is making that failure a success.

As mentioned, outsourcing was viewed before as the main solution to all of the company problems hence the big number of companies submerging into this kind of business strategy. The fact that it is new makes it vulnerable to certain risks-something that most companies don't realize.

Personally, I see outsourcing as a business strategy which improves over time. The success that would be available in this kind of business strategy would not be visible overnight. Instead, outsourcing could only grow more if companies would learn from their previous mistakes when they are encountering outsourcing.

Being closed-minded about outsourcing is not going to work especially if you are really keen on maximizing its results.
