Filed in archive Outsourcing News on December 1, 2005

Strategic advisory firm Everest Group has expanded its HR specialty practice to accommodate the growing demand for HR outsourcing (HRO) and its rapid growth in the area. Three HR BPO experts -- Mark Pramuk, Scott McNerey and Dwayne Fowler -- have joined the company as HRO Specialists to enhance its consulting team.
"We are pleased to have assembled such a talented team of HRO experts, coming together from diverse HR and outsourcing backgrounds, to form a seasoned, collegial group of HRO Specialists," said Everest Group COO Todd Furniss.
Pramuk, formerly of Convergys Employee Care, has successfully built new HRO solutions offerings. McNerney came from EqauTerra HR Advisory Practice and has more than 20 years of experience in Human Resources Management, HRIS and HRO. While Fowler, previously from Hewitt Associates, has experience in directing resources needed to support HRO engagements for major clients.
Peter Bendor-Samuel, founder and CEO of Everest Group, said. "Today, our vision of a flourishing, segmented global BPO marketplace is a reality, to the point where our firm is able to organize and grow around specific areas of focus, such as human resources, finance and accounting, offshoring and procurement, and deliver long-term value to clients. It is truly an exciting time to be in this industry."
