Evaluating Outsourcing
As the outsourcing industry continues to grow, companies should know if outsourcing is crucial for their success or not. This is where evaluation of outsourcing comes in.

The evaluation of outsourcing takes time as well as expertise. There are two kinds of evaluation in outsourcing. These two categories include
-measuring quality level
-measuring number of services delivered

Personally, I prefer evaluating the outsourcing industry in a general level and in a subjective level. The general level pertains to the whole outsourcing industry and how it affects the whole world while the subjective level focuses on the organization's experience when it comes to outsourcing.

How about you? How do you evaluate outsourcing?
