European Market Opens More to Outsourcing

Europeans are now more open to the idea of outsourcing.

This is the general idea given by the research report done by TPI regarding outsourcing deals coming from the European sector. According to the report, a total of 157 European agreements were awarded for the year 2006, showing an 11% raise from the year 2005.

Aside from that, the reports also revealed the following details:
-European companies also signed more shorter and smaller contracts for the year 2006
-There was an equal number of American and European outsourcing mega deals for the year 2006
-There were 72 contract restructurings from the European sector

The report just shows that the European market is now opening its door for outsourcing and at the same time, adapting the trend for shorter and smaller outsourcing deals.
