Europe Opts for Outsourcing

This was the trend showed in the research study done by TPI, a sourcing advisory. The research showed the following findings:
-outsourcing renewals increased by 76% last year
-there was a 23% increase in the average value of new business in the past five years
Duncan Aitchison, managing director at TPI also added that "Five years ago, the region accounted for only 12% of global outsourcing deal activity. Now continental Europe has nearly trebled its share to 30%."
This research just shows that European countries are now open-minded in outsourcing as compared before. Nowadays, they are now exploring the possibility of outsourcing and how they could benefit from it.
