Empathy in Outsourcing
There are times where some companies do not consider outsourcing because of the lack of "personal touch" in outsourced deals.
I've decided to write something today that is not to serious hence this outsourcing cartoon. Call centers are the commonly outsourced task in all outsourcing destinations. There are a lot of hilarious things going on in this industry which would really make you see a different side of outsourcing-the fun side that is.
There are still a lot of funny comic strips in Call center comics and this is just a teaser.

But even if there’s a lot of critics in outsourcing but still vendors from the outsourced company are aggressively dealing with the US companies who wants to be their partner because great benefits that outsourcing can give to their company. Nice blog, very interesting.
