Recently, NASSCOM has just implemented a standardized test which would help in making sure that all employees working in the outsourcing industry are qualified ones. Though this is a good plan in maintaining the quality of outsourcing workers, this is enough. I suggest that the solution should be implemented at the very core of the education system.
By strengthening the education curriculum in these outsourcing destinations, future workers of such countries would enable to learn and master the necessary skills for their future careers. Aside from that, the implementation of learning proper English skills (both in oral and written communication) could be a great advantage to the outsourcing industry.
