Outsourcing Issues
by Carol Kendrick on September 29, 2006

The vital problem? Data Security. This means that ensuring security and privacy of data would mean a lot in the Indian outsourcing industry because many firms are still fearful of data theft and loss involved in outsourcing.
The National Association of Software Services Companies (NASSCOM) have already developed different rules and guidelines to ensure that there is security in the data and information being outsourced. Though that is the case, their campaign would not be successful if outsourcing vendors would not have an initiative to provide security in their outsourcing contracts.
