Cydcor and other outsourcing companies optimistic about recovery in 2010
Last year had not been good for the outsourcing companies owing to recession but experts are hopeful for 2010 and revival is expected to be led by BPO rather than IT services.
Outsourcing companies have been working in several sectors and not just limited to information and technology. Take the case of Cydcor which is a market leader in outsourced face to face sales and is among one of the outsourcing companies which have excelled in this field and are optimistic about the growth in the industry.
A 4% growth is expected in the outsourcing industry in 2010 which might seem modest from the growth achieved in the previous years. India is expected to capture a lot of ground in 2010 but other countries such as China, Latin America, North Africa etc are also predicting some activity in the next two years. Companies have now started scouting the market for acquisitions even if they are small.
Don't worry, 2010 definitely looks promising for outsourcing industry!!
